Delete Your SugaTone Account

You can permanently delete your SugaTone account and the health data associated with it at any time.
Delete your account in SugaTone
- Open SugaTone at https://app.sugatone.com
- Sign in to your account.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Data & Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Type DELETE when prompted.
- Confirm Delete My Account.
This action permanently removes your SugaTone account and the app-controlled data associated with it. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- SugaTone user account
- Profile
- Glucose readings
- Ketone readings
- Fasting records
- Meal and nutrition records
- Exercise records
- Sleep records
- Weight records
- Hydration records
- Stored AI-generated insights
These app-controlled records are deleted when account deletion completes successfully.
Delete health data without deleting your account
You can keep your account and Profile while removing health data. You can either:
- Delete individual records from the applicable tracking screens; or
- Use Settings → Data & Account → Delete all my health data.
The bulk option removes your logged health records and generated insights while preserving your account and Profile.
Can't access your account?
If you cannot sign in, email SugaTone Support at biodun.salami@gmail.com with the subject "SugaTone Account Deletion Request".
Include only the registered email address, or the minimum information required to identify your account.
Do not send your password or health information by email.
Data retention
App-controlled records are deleted when account deletion completes successfully. SugaTone operates on managed infrastructure provided by third parties, so we cannot claim that every infrastructure backup, security log, authentication-provider record or other platform-level copy is erased instantly. Those copies are governed by the provider's own backup and log-retention practices, which are outside our control.
